Samina Khawar Fake Degree Case: SC summons university's representative

The court adjourned the hearing till first week of April.
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Supreme Court on Tuesday summoned representative of the university in case pertaining to the fake degree case against Pakistan Muslim League-Quaid (PML-Q) leader Samina Khawar Hayat.
A three-member bench of the apex court headed by Justice Azmat Saeed conducted hearing of the case.
During the proceedings, controller examination of the university submitted its report before the court.
Justice Amzat Saeed inquired about the representative of the university to which the counsel of the PML-Q leader said that varsity’s representative wasn’t present in the court.
Justice Azmat Saeed while summoning the varsity’s representative said that decision would be announced after listening the representative.
The court then adjourned the hearing till first week of April.
