LAHORE (Dunya News) – The Leader of the Opposition in the National Assembly and Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) president Shehbaz Sharif on Saturday strongly criticized Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi for making groundless accusations against Pakistan after the tragic suicide attack in Pulwama district in Indian-occupied Kashmir (IOK).

“Modi should have expressed shame and remorse over gross human rights’ violations in Kashmir,” he said while denouncing India’s stance on the matter.

He termed resolution of Kashmir dispute ‘critical’ for ensuring peace between Pakistan and India.

He further lambasted Indian PM over sheer lack of apathy on loss of eyesight by a Kashmiri child in pellet guns injuries.

“Kulbhushan Jadhav is substantial evidence of state-funded terror activities in Pakistan,” he went on to say, adding that India cannot deny such evidence.

He said Pakistan has strongly condemned the attack in Pulwama and that it was not the first time India has accused Pakistan without evidence.
