Fire tenders busy extinguishing blaze at cotton factory godown in Karachi

Emergency was declared at Nipa and Crush Plant hydrants of the Karachi Water Board.
KARACHI (Dunya News) – A massive fire erupted in a godown of a cotton factory situated in the SITE area of Karachi on Monday night, Dunya News reported.
At least 15 fire brigade vehicles reached the spot and launched operation to bring the fire under control. Fire tenders from DHA and Pakistan Navy also reached the spot for assistance.
Sources said that the fire tenders are busy in bringing the blaze under control which is still raging after passage of more than seven hours. Meanwhile, emergency was declared at Nipa and Crush Plant hydrants of the Karachi Water Board.
