FAISALABAD (Dunya News) – Nine thousand kites were on Wednesday confiscated from Faisalabad’s Nisar Colony as Dolphin Force took action against the illegal activity.
One suspect was arrested during the raid, and police are conducting further investigations.
Let it be known that Punjab Chief Minister Sardar Usman Khan Buzdar had himself taken notice of the incidents of kite flying in various cities of the province earlier.
Seeking report from the police high-ups in this respect, he had directed to take stern action against the violators of the ban.
CM Buzdar had ordered to ensure the implementation of the law banning kite flying.
