Whatsapp conversations disappear mysteriously

The chat histories are being disappeared and despite of all the efforts it is not being restored.
(Web Desk) - Problems have been reported by Whatsapp users who say that their old conversations are going missing.
The chat histories are being disappeared and despite of all the efforts it is not being restored.
The users’ complaint the company through email but all in vain as no response came back.

Last August, Whatsapp had announced that all the data will remain in a data drive and if the user had not updated the data until one year, then all of it will be automatic deleted.
Users have urged the company to rectify the error as soon as possible.
