Physical facilities are the fundamental factors in better learning and achievements.

Human beings have done a lot to facilitate their lives with all the physical conveniences of the world since the very beginning. Physical comfort was aroused as first need for the humans as corporeal services provide and maintain, safe, clean, and creative educational environments that are conducive to high achievements of the students.

Physical facilities struggle to give students a comfortable atmosphere in which they work and learn. In third-world countries, low levels of learning among children can partly be attributed to poor or inadequate facilities of the schools.

Physical facilities are the fundamental factors in better learning and achievements of the students.

Conversely; the government schools of federal capital are buckling under the weight of problems as they have been neglected by the authorities concerned.

Tall claims made by the management regarding improving infrastructure of government institutions appear to have fallen flat as the schools remain a dilapidated structure.

According to a report of Dunya News, the condition of government schools is not well so far as the students are suffering from flu and other cold related diseases due to non-availability of heaters in them.

Winter has gone into full swing turning the windowless classrooms into freezer but the school administration remains adamant. This scenario has made it absurd and extremely difficult for children to continue their study.

On the other hand, school administration is showing reluctance to give its stance over the non-provision of heaters in schools.

"To arrange the heaters for students is the government’s responsibility as it is not possible to carry on study in winter season," a child’s father said.
