Victory in PP-168 reflects people's confidence in PTI: Fawad

(Web Desk) – Information Minister Choudhary Fawad Hussain on Friday has said that Malik Asad Ali Khokhar’s victory in PP-168 Lahore by-election reflects people s confidence in Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) manifesto.
He congratulated PTI’s Malik Asad Ali Khokhar on winning by-election from PP-168 Lahore by securing 17,578 votes beating the Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PMLN) candidate Rana Khalid Mehmood. PMLN candidate who also had support of opposition parties bagged 16,892 votes.
In a statement in Islamabad today, the Minister thanked voters of the constituency and PTI workers for this electoral victory. He said the people have once again rejected the nexus of the looters of national exchequer.
Fawad Choudhary expressed the resolve to continue struggle against the status-co forces and corruption under the dynamic leadership of Prime Minister Imran Khan.The seat was vacated by PML (N) leader Khawaja Saad Rafique after winning a National Assembly seat in by-polls.
