Salman Khan tops Forbes richest Indian celebrity list third time

Akshay Kumar positioned third earns Rs 185 crore yearly.

(Web desk) – Blockbuster Khan sits firmly at the top of the Forbes’ richest Indian celebrity list.Akshay Kumar lands the third spot while Deepika jumps to fifth slot.

According to the 2018 Forbes India Celebrity 100 list Dabangg Khan has the deepest pockets among the Bollywood celebrities with earnings of Rs 253.25 crore through his films, TV appearances and brand endorsements.

While Salman Khan sits comfortably at the top the King of Bollywood Shahrukh Khan with no releases ranks 13.

The Indian Skipper Virat Kohli climbs up the ladder and earns the second spot with a gross Rs 228.09 crore.

Akshay Kumar positioned third earns Rs 185 crore yearly.

The 2018 Forbes India Celebrity 100 List rankings is based on entertainment-related earnings from October 1, 2017 to September 30, 2018.

Deepika Padukone on the fifth spot is the first female in this index with an earning of Rs112.8 crore

Dhoni secures fifth place with Rs 101.77 crore, others trailing are Aamir Khan earning Rs 97.50 crore, Amitabh Bachchan Rs 96.17 crore, Ranveer Singh Rs 84.7 crore, Sachin Tendulkar Rs 80.00 crore and Ajay Devgn Rs 74.50 crores.

The highest gainer in terms of percentage is Indian cricket team all-rounder Hardik Pandya earning Rs 28.46 crore.

The only woman from the South Indian film industry making the list is actress Nayanthara earning Rs 15.17 crores
