16770 complaints through PM office app resolved so far: Durrani

More than 4000 complaints were received from overseas Pakistanis

ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Special Assistant to Prime Minister Iftikhar Durrani on Thursday said that 110,000 complaints were received through PM office app out of which 84,000 complaints are under process while 16770 have been resolved.

Addressing a press conference in Islamabad on Thursday, he said that most of the complaints received were about the municipal services whereas the number of maximum complaints resolved from a sector was energy sector as 6303 complaints were addressed relating to the sector.

The PM’s special assistant went on to say that more than 12,000 complaints were related to the education sector were received, adding that complaints regarding land revenue, law and order, health and other departments were also received.

“More than 4000 complaints were received from overseas Pakistanis,” he said and added no complaint was so far received with regard to corruption.

Durrani further added that over 21,000 people gave suggestions about the app. He said that the PM office app was downloaded 454,000 times in 24 days.

He said that those who downloaded the app included 54 percent men and 6 percent women.
