LHC judge suggests to form bench to hear plea seeking PM's disqualification

The plaintiff alleged PM of inciting people for civil disobedience.
LAHORE (Dunya News) – Lahore High Court (LHC) judge Justice Shams Mahmood Mirza on Thursday has recommended to form full bench to hear petition seeking Prime Minister (PM) Imran Khan’s disqualification.
During the hearing, the judge has said that it’s an important case for which, establishment of full bench is needed.
Meanwhile, the plaintiff alleged PM of inciting people for civil disobedience. The court should disqualify Imran Khan under article 62, he added.
