Unknown attackers kill PTI leader in Jhelum

The attackers had arrived on bikes and escaped unhurt.

JHELUM (Dunya News) – Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Afzal Jhummat on Monday has been killed by unknown assailants in Thana Chatola area of Jhelum.

As per police officials, deceased was taking tea at local shop at bus station when unknown attackers killed him by opening fire.

The corpse had been shifted to hospital for autopsy whereas police was busy in collecting evidence from the crime scene.

The attackers had arrived on bikes and escaped unhurt after the incident, stated police official.
