(Web Desk) – Continuing his dream run in five-day format of the cricket, Pakistan’s right-arm pace sensation Mohammad Abbas has on Saturday made another national record.

Abbas has now become the first Pakistani bowler to pick wickets in consecutive 20 innings ever since making his Test debut.

Before Abbas, left-arm spinner Abdur Rehman held the national record as he took wickets in 19 consecutive innings.

As far as international level is concerned, the record is held by New Zealand’s former fast bowler Shane Bond who took wickets in 32 consecutive innings after making debut.
