PESHAWAR (Dunya News) – In yet another saddened incident on violence against women, an emerging stage dance Soniya was allegedly killed by suitor in the Peshawar, the third incident of similar nature in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (K-P) this year.
Soniya was allegedly murdered by the man named Musaddaq at her house in Chowk Shadi Peer area of old city, the police officials told media.
DSP Kotwali told media personnel that Soniya was killed in cold blood over turning down marriage proposal of Musaddaq.
Soniya was rushed to the Lady Reading Hospital where she succumbed to her fatal wounds.
