Pakistan, Uzbekistan agree to strengthen mutual ties

Qureshi said bilateral relations between Pakistan and Uzbekistan are based on mutual understanding.

ISLAMABAD (Web Desk) – Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi on Thursday met his Uzbek counterpart Abdulaziz Kamilov in Islamabad.

During the meeting, both the ministers agreed to enhance bilateral cooperation in various fields.

Speaking on the occasion, Shah Mehmood Qureshi said bilateral relations between Pakistan and Uzbekistan are based on mutual understanding, trust, and strong cultural and religious ties.

The Uzbek foreign minister will also call on Prime Minister Imran Khan.
