“Al-Qaeda [a terrorist multi-national organization would not have been defeated without military and technical assistance from Pakistan. World should acknowledge Pakistan’s unrivalled sacrifices in WoT”, Gen Ghafoor was quoted as saying.

ISPR DG added that the dream of restoring lasting peace in region and world can’t be achieved without cooperation of Islamabad. He stated, “Washington must stay in Afghanistan till situation turns normal”.
