Asia Cup: Indian bookies allegedly offer money to Afghan opener Mohammad Shahzad

The cricketer has reported the issue to International Cricket Council (ICC) Anti-Corruption Unit.
DUBAI (Dunya News) – Indian bookies approached Afghan opener and wicket keeper Mohammad Shahzad and allegedly offered him money to perform poorly in ongoing Asia Cup 2018.
Sources told that the cricketer has reported the issue to International Cricket Council (ICC) Anti-Corruption Unit after which an alert has been issued to all the teams.
On the other hand, Shahzad has also recorded his statement in this regard.
It is to be mentioned here that Afghanistan are all set to take on Bangladesh in Super Four round in Abu Dhabi today while India will face Pakistan in Dubai.
