India have opted to play with their two regular pacers - Bhuvneshwar Kumar and Jasprit Bumrah

DUBAI (Dunya News) – Four wickets for Ravindra Jadeja, three each for Jasprit Bumrah and Bhuvneshwar Kumar as Bangladesh are bowled out for 173. Bumrah took the final wicket as Mustafizur Rahman departs for 3.

Jadeja struck in his first over as he sent back Shakib Al Hasan and then took the wickets of Mohammad Mithun, Mosaddek Hossain and in-form Mushfiqur Rahim.

Mehidy Hasan was the top-scorer for Bangladesh with a well-played 42 while Mashrafe Mortaza scored 26 off 32 balls. Rohit Sharma had won the toss and decided to field first.

Earlier, India captain Rohit Sharma won the toss and opted to bowl against Bangladesh in the Super Four match of the Asia Cup 2018 at the Dubai International Cricket Stadium in Dubai.

India have opted to play with their two regular pacers -- Bhuvneshwar Kumar and Jasprit Bumrah.

Wrist spinners Yuzvendra Chahal and Kuldeep Yadav will be accompanied with part-time spinner Kedar Jadhav in the spin department.

For Bangladesh, Rubel Hossain and Mustafizur Rahman will open their bowling attack with the new ball.

In the earlier match, openers Rohit Sharma and Shikhar Dhawan were amongst the runs in the first two matches while Ambati Rayudu and Dinesh Karthik looked solid against Pakistan.

However, veteran Mahendra Singh Dhoni s batting form could keep the team management worried as he hasn t been firing and it will be interesting to see if Rohit promotes him in the batting order to give the 37-year-old enough time to settle down.

While India s rivalry with Pakistan is historic, the one against Bangladesh has been a bitter one post the controversial 2015 World Cup quarter-final in Melbourne.
