Arab nations have called on the Syrian opposition and the rebel Free Syrian Army to form a transitional government without President Bashar al-Assad, Qatars emir said Monday.We call on the opposition and the ASL (Free Syrian Army) to form a government of national unity, Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al-Thani told reporters in Doha at the end of an Arab League ministerial meeting on the crisis in Syria.
