US drone attack in NWA kills four people

Four people were killed as a US drone targeted an alleged militant compound in North Waziristan.

Security officials said that the unmanned aircraft fired two missiles on the compound in the Shawal area, some 50 kilometres southwest of Miranshah, the main town of North Waziristan tribal district, near the Afghan border, an area considered as a hub of Taliban activity.
