Coalition partners have agreed to nominate Makhdoom Shahbuddin as next Prime Minister.

A meeting of the PPP and coalition partners was held under the chair of President Asif Ali Zardari to discuss the situation emerged after the Supreme Court’s verdict. The meeting reviewed the names of Ahmad Mukhtar and Makhdum Shahabuddin as next prime minister.According to sources, the meeting agreed to nominate Makhdoom Shahbuddin as next PM.Chaudhry Shujaat, Mushahid Hussain, Babar Ghauri, Haider Abbas Rizvi, Haji Adeel, Afrasiab Khattak and others were also present in the meeting.
