Cut in petroleum price withdrawn: new order issued

Government has taken back notification which announced to decrease price of petroleum products.

Now, petrol would be sold by Rs 100.50 per litre while diesel would be available at the price of Rs 105.21 per litre. New prices would be in effect from tomorrow (Friday).Earlier, the OGRA had announced to decrease price of high speed diesel by Rs 1.23 per litre but later another notification was issued according to which only Rs 1.79 were decreased, adjusting the price by Rs 105.21.Likewise, it was announced to decrease price of petrol by Rs 3.39 per litre but it was replaced by cut of Rs 2.87. Now petrol would be sold by new price worth Rs 100.49.In the same way, the OGRA had announced to cut price of kerosene oil by Rs 5.84 but it was replaced with decrease of Rs 2.52. Now light diesel would be available at the price of Rs 94.91 per litre.
