IHC seeks federations reply over dismissal of Lodhi

IHC has sought reply from the federation over the dismissal of former defence secretary.

According to Dunya News, the Islamabad High Court has issued notices to all the respondents including President, PM, Secretary Establishment Division and Secretary Cabinet.It is worth mentioning that former defence secretary Khalid Naeem Lodhi had filed a petition in Islamabad High Court challenging his removal and prayed the court to cancel notice of his dismissal.The hearing of the case has been adjourned till February 2.
