Michigan barber gives discount to children on reading book aloud

MICHIGAN (Dunya News) – A barber in Ypsilanti area of Michigan offers discount to the children who read out a book to him aloud.
This unique way of the barber, Ryan Griffin, is quite popular among the children and their parents.
He says that he is happy that now a large number of people bring their children in his shop for a hair-cut.
Almost all of Griffin s clientele is African-American. He says he really wanted to offer his younger visitors books with a strong, positive message.
From $10 a haircut, kids can get back two bucks if they read to their barbers.
