New WhatsApp features for Androids
WhatsApp introduces video-streaming and GIF images in chatting for its Android users.
LAHORE (Web Desk) – WhatsApp has added two new features for the latest android users. According to media reports, Video-streaming and GIF images will now be a part of the messenger app.
WhatsApp will now let its consumers convert a 6-second video into GIF image which can be thus sent to the recipient in GIF format. Also, WhatsApp users can now stream videos while downloading to save time. The received videos can be shared directly to the contacts while streaming.
To attain the features of video streaming and GIFs, android users will have to update the app on their devices, whether smartphones or tablets. The latest update in the app has been placed in Play Store for Android.
However, this update is restricted to Android devices. Apple iOS and Windows users will also be enabled to use these features soon. WhatsApp added a popular feature of video chatting last month which is undergoing bug fixes and upgrades for the various Android and iOS devices.
