ROSEMONT (AP) - Sylvia Fowles had 15 points and 13 rebounds to power the Chicago Sky to an 80-69 victory Saturday over the New York Liberty in the WNBA.

Fowles missed Chicago s 75-55 victory over the Liberty on Thursday with a sprained right ankle and was questionable for Saturday. She played 27 minutes and helped the Sky to their fifth straight victory and fourth in a row over New York with her seventh double-double.

Rookie Elena Delle Donne, the leading vote-getter for the WNBA All-Star game, scored a career-low seven points. But Chicago had five players in double digits, led by Tamera Young s 17, and increased its lead to one game over idle Atlanta atop the Eastern Conference standings as it chases its first postseason berth.

Cappie Pondexter led New York with 22 points on 8-of-20 shooting.

In San Antonio, Danielle Adams had 20 points to lead the Silver Stars to a 60-52 win over the Connecticut Sun, ending a four-game losing streak.

Jia Perkins added 15 points and Danielle Robinson had 10 points for San Antonio, which held the Sun to 28 percent shooting. The Sun had only four points in the third quarter and 17 total for the second half.

Los Angeles  Alana Beard hit a jumper with 10.2 seconds left to lead the Sparks past the Seattle Storm 65-64.

Nneka Ogwumike matched a season high with 24 points and had nine rebounds to lead Los Angeles, which extended its winning streak to eight games over the Storm.

Camille Little scored 22 for Seattle, which has lost four of five and seven of nine.
