Bilawal Bhutto, Maulana Fazlur Rehman meeting discusses APC

ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - Chairman PPP Bilawal Bhutto Zardari called on JUI-F Chief Maulana Fazlur Rehman on Saturday. The meeting discussed important issues including the agenda of the Opposition’s All Parties Conference.

According to details, Chairman PPP Bilawal Zardari reached the house of Maulana Fazlur Rehman and had a meeting lasting an hour and a half to discuss tomorrow’s all parties conference.

Chairman Bilawal Zardari was accompanied by PPP leaders Yousuf Raza Gilani and Raja Pervez Ashraf while JUI-F was represented by Maulana Fazl ur Rehman, Maulana Attaur Rehman, Akram Khan Durrani and Owais Noorani.

In a brief conversation with the media after the meeting, Bilawal Zardari said the meeting with Maulana was a pleasant one and both leaders had a fruitful discussion.

On being asked whether the option of no-confidence motion against the Prime Minister, Speaker and Chief Minister of Punjab is under consideration, Bilawal Bhutto replied that all announcements would be made after the conference concludes tomorrow morning.

Earlier, Bilawal Zardari telephoned the leaders of various political parties and discussed issues related to the APC.

Bilawal contacted Qaumi Watan Party chief Aftab Ahmed Sherpao, BNP Awami League chief Israrullah Zehri, National Party chief Dr Abdul Malik and Balochistan National Party chief Sardar Akhtar Mengal.
