Draft prepared for Shehbaz's bail application
Bail petition will be solicited on the bases of medical reports
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – The draft of former Punjab CM and Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) president Shehbaz Sharif’s bail application has been prepared which would be filed in the Lahore High Court (LHC) after his approval.
According to Dunya News sources, Amjad Pervaiz, the counsel of the leader of opposition in National Assembly met him yesterday in Islamabad and discussed legal matters regarding his bail petition.
Sources further said that a draft for Shehbaz Sharif’s bail petition has been prepared and will be filed in the Lahore High Court (LHC) after his approval.
Bail petition will be solicited on the bases of medical reports while accusation of corruption will not be made base in this the petition which would be filed in a few days.
It is pertinent here to mention that the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) had arrested Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N) president and former chief minister Shehbaz Sharif in the Ashiana Housing Scheme scandal on Oct 5.
