All-out efforts are afoot for economic stability of the country

LAHORE (Dunya News) – Federal Minister for Information and Broadcasting Fawad Chaudhry on Saturday said that the kind of things Pakistan had experienced have made people forget movies of James Bond and Cuban smugglers.

Addressing a ceremony in Lahore Saturday, he said that all institutions of the country have been ruined, adding that the country goes down when institutions are wrecked.

The minister went on to say that the one who gets arrested, shifts to Minister’s Enclave the next day, adding Parliament is being run like the National Accountability Bureau is headed by a board of governor.

Chaudhry said: “All-out efforts are afoot for economic stability of the country.”

“Country s exports are on the rise while imports are declining day by day as a result of the prudent economic policies of PTI government,” he said.

The minister said Prime Minister Imran Khan visited foreign countries to explore new avenues for improvement of the national economy. He said the government has set a target of achieving the economic goals this year.

“The government will eliminate corruption from the country because the people of Pakistan have given PTI the mandate for elimination of this menace,” Fawad Chaudhry added.

He said the cases against Asif Ali Zardari and Nawaz Shaif have not been filed by in the tenure of present government.
