Those who laundered money abroad will be made accountable: CJP

CJP Nisar said that nobody can stop Pakistan from construction of dams.

MANCHESTER (Dunya News) – Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Mian Saqib Nisar on Saturday has said ‎that those who illegally transferred money abroad will be made accountable. ‎

As a part of fundraising campaign for construction of Diamer-Bhasha dam, the top judge addressed a ‎ceremony in Manchester. ‎

During the event, CJP Nisar said that nobody can stop Pakistan from construction of dams. He said that ‎he has laid the foundation stone for the purpose. ‎

Famed boxer Amir Khan, Naeem Bukhari and other prominent personalities also attended the ‎function. ‎

Earlier, in London, Justice Saqib Nisar said Pakistan is a sovereign state and added that sovereignty is ‎not less than any blessing. He said that Pakistan needs leaders like Quaid-e-Azam‏.‏

The top judge further said that he has no political agenda and vowed to work for the welfare of the ‎humanity after retirement.‏
