Humayun Akhtar Khan, PTI candidate from NA-131, has categorically emphasized the senior leadership of the party to be very cautious so that we could not face problems while campaigning. ECC had decided to raise gas prices by 143 per cent but stopped short of issuing notice to OGRA. This was the reason the latter could not upsurge the prices.

Short term policy rather strategic one

PTI gained power with an aim to have people out of the miseries they are in at this moment, but forming short term policies like this one, delaying the increase in the prices of electricity, will annoy PTI’s voters and supporters. The matters which affect the common man need to be taken seriously so that taxes burden be more on the rich than on the poor.
