West engaged in biased reporting on CPEC: Fawad Chaudhry
The minister also announced to revolutionarise Radio Pakistan with modern technology.
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Information Minister Fawad Chaudhry said Friday western countries, especially the United States, were engaged in biased reporting on the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) project.
He expressed these views during a visit to the PTV and Radio Pakistan academies. Chaudhry said CPEC was an important project and the government would work for its extension.
He said the government would merge PTV and Radio academies to establish a media university. “We will take necessary steps to depoliticise PTV and revive its stature and glory,” he added.
The minister also announced to revolutionarise Radio Pakistan by equipping it with modern technology.
