Inaugural sessions of Balochistan, Sindh and KP assemblies today
The Punjab governor has summoned first session of the provincial assembly on Wednesday at 10am.
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - The inaugural sessions of Sindh, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Balochistan assemblies will take place today.
During the sessions, newly elected members of the provincial assemblies will take oath. They will also elect speakers, deputy speakers and leaders of their respective houses.
Raheela Hameed Khan Durrani will chair the Balochistan Assembly session at 11am. Provincial lawmakers will elect the speaker and deputy speaker at 4pm.
Sindh Assembly Speaker Agha Siraj Durrani will preside over the session which will begin at 10am, whereas Asad Qaiser will chair the KP Assembly session at the same time.
Meanwhile, the Punjab governor has summoned first session of the provincial assembly on Wednesday at 10am. Rana Iqbal will chair the session.
