12 injured as PPP, MQM's workers face off in Karachi

KHARACHI (Dunya News) – At least two political workers sustained injuries as members of Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) and Muttahida Qaumi Movement were locked in bitter physical duel.
The incident occurred in Karachi’s Shah Faisal Colony.
As per details garnered, rangers and police were called to bring the situation under control. Police officials told media personnel that some miscreants also resorted to aerial firing.
Similar incident was reported in Khairpur as workers of PPP were locked in physical duel with workers of GDA. Police officials stated that as many as ten workers sustained injuries in the incident.
