Bilawal Bhutto on Thursday said that PPP will overcome ideological crisis in Punjab.

KASUR (Dunya News) – Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) ‘Caravan-i-Jamhooriat’ (convoy for democracy), led by party chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, reached Kasur from Lahore on late Thursday night.

A large number of PPP workers were present to welcome Bilawal Bhutto on his arrival in Kasur. Soon after his arrival in the city, Bilawal paid a visit to the shrine of Hazrat Baba Bulleh Shah and offered Fateha.

In his address to PPP workers, Bilawal said that two so-called political parties have made the politics of Punjab hostage. He said that the PPP still has its roots in Punjab. He vowed to complete his mother mission.

Earlier, addressing a rally in Chiniot, Bilawal Bhutto said that he believes in serving masses instead of ‘U-turns and Showbazi’. PPP will overcome ideological crisis in Punjab, he added.

PPP leader slammed politics of hatred and stressed the need to conform to politics that is based on vision and has an ideology. He said his ambitions were not just about becoming prime minister, but bringing back the policies that were dear to his mother and grandfather.

“We have to keep BB and Bhutto Shaheed’s promise. We have to save Pakistan. There is no greater sense of fulfillment in a son’s life than to feel like he is continuing with his mother’s incomplete mission,” he said.

“We have to put an end to politics that revolves around hate and foul language..... and for that we need the vote and support of our people. We need people power,” he continued.
