Farooq Sattar announces protest against water, power scarcity in Karachi on Sunday

Farooq lashed out at K-Electric and said that the company's performance is doubtful.

KARACHI (Dunya News) – Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) PIB Chief Farooq Sattar on Saturday has announced to stage protest against scarcity of water and electricity in Karachi on Sunday.

Talking to media, Farooq Sattar said that federation’s silence is giving a message of hate for Karachites. Why this deprivation is only for the city that pays tax in huge amount, he asked.

He also lashed out at K-Electric and said that the company’s performance is doubtful.

Farooq Sattar said that he has given names of former Chief Justice Tasaduq Hussain, Ishrat Hussain, Hafeez Pasha and Abdur Razzaq for caretaker prime minister.

He said that he has nothing to do with the visit of Chief Minister of Punjab (CM) Shehbaz Sharif whether he will go to Bahadurabad or Karachi.
