Punjab law minister attempted to disrupt investigation of Asma case, resolution in KPK assembly

 PESHAWAR (Dunya News) – Member of Provinicial Assembly (MPA) Nadia Sher has submitted resolution in Khyber-Pukhtunkhwa assembly condemning Punjab law minister Rana Sanaullah’s attempt to disrupt investigation of Asma case.

Belonging to Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf, Nadia Sher has stated that Punjab law minister’s hijacking of the case after publishing of DNA tests results in an attempt to take credit disrupted the investigation process.

The resolution demands that the Chief Minister of Punjab take notice of law minister’s actions, otherwise KPK government reserves the right to pursue litigation against the law minister for obstructing justice and interfering in the government’s affairs.
