Sindh MPA demands probe into plastic-adulterated wheat
The adulteration videos erupted from Europe and America.
KARACHI (Sindh Assembly)- Muttahida Qaumi Movement Pakistan’s (MQMP) Sindh Assembly lawmaker Kamran Akhtar has on Monday brought plastic-adulterated wheat on the floor with him and demanded stern action against all those involved in this clandestine activity.
Akhtar stated that plastic is being traced in the wheat of flour mills’ wheat upon which Pakistan Peoples Party’s Nisar Ahmad Khuhro replied that probe into the same has been kicked off.
The adulteration videos first erupted from Europe and America while fear has also been instilled in residents of South Asia. Voices are being raised across the region to initiate probe.
