CTD foils terror bid, arrests two militants in Peshawar

The terrorists have been shifted to some disclosed place for interrogation.

PESHAWAR (Dunya News) – Officers of Counter Terrorism Department (CTD) on Thursday foiled a terror bid and arrested two terrorists for transferring explosives to Peshawar.

According to details, two alleged terrorists Ameen Khan and Mohammad Imran were shifting improvised explosive device from prohibited area to the metropolis on motorcycle.

Bomb Disposal Squad (BDS) defused the bomb that was hidden in a ghee box and apprehended the suspects. The security personnel said that the terrorists have been shifted to some disclosed place for interrogation.

They also revealed that the detainees belong to banned outfit.
