London flats references: Dunya News acquires charge sheet against Sharif family
Maryam submitted fake trust deed of 2006, states charge sheet.
LAHORE (Dunya News)- Dunya News has on Tuesday attained London Flats charge sheet against Nawaz Sharif, his children and son-in-law.
The charge sheet accuses Nawaz of making flats in London on names of children whereas Maryam has been indicted on compiling forged trust deed and Capt (rtd) Safdar has been indicted on signing the trust deed as witness. The charge sheet also states that all four accused were unable to submit evidence regarding transfer of money abroad.
The legal document accused Sharif family of being owner of the flats since 1993. As per charge sheet, Maryam Nawaz is beneficial owner of offshore companies and also owner of London flats. Maryam submitted fake trust deed of 2006 in country’s top court. Document also accuses Maryam of deliberately concealing assets that she owns.
In another development, National Accountability Bureau has submitted report regarding references against Sharif family and Ishaq Dar to monitoring judge.
