Karachi: Gang war accused arrested after encounter with police
Police arrested gang war accused after an encounter in Shah Latif Town area of Karachi.
KARACHI (Dunya News) – A gang war accused was arrested in injured condition while two of his accomplices managed to escape after encounter with police in Shah Latif Town area of Karachi on Friday.
According to details, police carried out an operation against criminal elements in Shah Latif Town area during which gang war accused hiding in the area opened fire. Police returned the fire and arrested an accused identified as Sohrab alias Chakar.
Police sources said that arms and narcotics were also recovered from his possession. Police have also launched search to arrest other gang war accused.
