Nawaz Sharif returns to Pakistan from London
He will appear before accountability court tomorrow.
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - Former Prime Minister Nawaz arrived in Islamabad from London on Monday via Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) PK-786.
Speaker National Assembly Ayaz Sadiq, PML-N information secretary Senator Mushahidullah Khan, Prime Minister’s Adviser on Aviation Sardar Mehtab Abbasi, Foreign Minister Khawaja Asif, Railway Minister Saad Rafique, Anushay Rehman, Khurram Dastagir, Talal Chaudhry and Islamabad mayor Ansar Aziz received Nawaz Sharif on the airport.

Nawaz Sharif later reached Punjab House amid strict security arrangements. He held a meetiing with PML-N leaders to consult over his appearance before the NAB court tomorrow in connection with the corruption references filed against him and will hold a press conference today. The meeting was also attended by Sharif’s legal experts.
In the meeting, Nawaz Sharif decided to take PML-N’s allies into confidence and is expected to hold meetings with them soon.
The ousted PM went to UK a month ago to visit his wife Kulsoom Nawaz, who is under-treatment for cancer. Maryam Nawaz and Captain Safdar are also expected to return soon while Hassan and Hussain Nawaz are still in London.
