NA-120: Capt Safdar, PTV admin submit reply in ECP in election code violation case

LAHORE (Dunya News) – Captain (retd.) Safdar and state-run PTV administration on Thursday submitted reply in Election Commission of Pakistan pertaining to the code of conduct violation during NA-120 by-election.
The commission headed by Chief Election Commissioner (CEC) Sardar Raza Khan conducted hearing of the cases.
Sardar Raza Khan remarked that PTV should provide equal converage to all the candidates.
Punjab Food Minister Bilal Yasin’s lawyer appeared before the commission and told that his client had not participated in the campaign since the directions issued by ECP during last hearing.
The commission while adjourning the hearing of the case till September 20 said that ECP will announce its verdict if any violation occurred before the said date.
