PM Shahid and Sindh CM Murad discussed matters of mutual coordination, security and development

KARACHI (Dunya News) - Prime Minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi met Sindh Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah today in Governor House, Karachi. The two representatives discussed collaboration, coordination and cooperation between the federal and provincial units. They exchanged views on peace, security, development and other matters of mutual interest.

PM told Sindh Chief Minister to play his role to improve the link between local, provincial and federal bodies. He said that the provincial government should effectively take up the task to improve the law and order situation. 

Talking about security, PM Shahid Khaqan stressed that the law and order situation is essential for peace, prosperity and development, and further steps should be taken for this purpose. He said the federal government will also follow the same path in order to ensure continuity of the system. He directed that the ongoing federal projects in the province should be completed as soon as possible.

Abbasi s maiden visit to Sindh focusses to devise methods to address provincial issues. He also held meetings with leaders from Muttahidda Qaumi Movement-Pakistan (MQM-P) and Pakistan Peoples Party Parliamentarians (PPPP).
