Lahore: 29 suspects arrested in combing operation
Police and Rangers conducted combing operation in different areas of Lahore and arrested 29 suspects
LAHORE (Dunya News) – At least 29 suspects were taken into custody during police and Rangers joint combing operation in various parts of Lahore on Wednesday, Dunya News reported.
According to details, SP Model Town Ismail Kharak supervised combing operation in Kahna, Nishtar Colony, Faisal Town, Liquatabad and Nasirabad areas while combing operation in different localities of Hanjarwal was carried out under the command of SP Saddar Umar Gondal. Rangers personnel also participated in the operation.
The biometric device was used during the combing operation for the identification of the residents. The law enforcement agencies arrested at least 29 suspects who failed to produce any identity document.
The arrested persons were later shifted to police station for further investigation.
