SIALKOT (Dunya News) – Federal Minister for Water and Power has on Sunday expressed that the government will cut the supply of electricity to areas where people storm into grid stations.

He let it be known while addressing a function, adding that the supervision of those who steal electricity, by the provincial capital is not a fair thing to do.

PML-N leader was of the opinion that the short fall should be controlled in order to strengthen the economy.

He went on to express that the consumers should also be pursued to save the electricity.

Khawaja Asif claimed at the occasion that those who ransacked the grid stations were in fact indulged in power theft.

He went on to reveal that the supply of electricity will be cut if in case people stormed into grid stations and that public won’t succeed in getting electricity by adopting such tactics.
