Sindh: SSC exam cheating in full swing despite CM's notice

KARACHI (Dunya News) – Rampant cheating in Secondary School Certificate (SSC) examinations in Sindh is in full swing despite Chief Minister (CM) Murad Ali Shah’s notice, reported Dunya Newson Wednesday.

Murad Ali Shah, on Tuesday, issued directives to Secretary University and Board to immediately submit report regarding cheating, but the false activities did not stop.

As per details, students of tenth standard in Sukkur copied answers from books freely and used mobile phones as well in English paper. Although media coverage was banned at the examination centers, still a video footage was leaked in which students were busy in cheating. The video exposed performance of Sindh government as well.





Larkana not only witnessed the same activities of cheating, but went one step ahead where question papers of Urdu were being sold at Photostat shops before the examination. The shopkeepers were also not ashamed of their acts.

Kandhkot and Shikarpur examination centers were no different as students used books, cellular phones and other copying material openly to solve the Urdu paper.




Assistant Superintendent of Police (ASP) Sehwan Sharif raided different examination centers and recovered more than 50 mobile phones and books.
