Shalimar Express reaches Karachi
Shalimar Express reached Karachi on Tuesday night after a fatal accident in Sheikhupura.
KARACHI (Dunya News) - Shalimar Express, which met a fatal accident in Sheikhupura a day earlier, reached Karachi’s Cantt Railway Station on late Tuesday night, Dunya News reported.
At least three people were killed and 10 others were wounded when Shalimar Express going to Karachi from Lahore collided with an oil tanker at a railway crossing near Sheikhupura.
A large number of people were present at the railway station to receive their loved ones. Many passengers broke down in tears as they met with their relatives on reaching Karachi.
The passengers also thanked God after safely reaching their destination. On the other hand some passengers also expressed displeasure at the poor performance of Pakistan railway.
