2018 elections: Asif Zardari summons meetings of PPP ticket holders in Punjab

LAHORE (Dunya News) – Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) co-chairman Asif Ali Zardari has summoned on Monday stepwise sessions of PPP ticket holders in Punjab for preparations of next general elections that are going to take place in 2018.

According to details, the meetings will be held at Lahore’s Bilawal House in which PPP ticket holders will participate along with Members Provincial Assembly (MPA).

The sessions will continue division wise for a week, and Sargodha region will be entertained in first sitting. The party preparations and popularity of candidates in their respective constituencies will be checked in these conferences.

Furthermore, policies will be formulated for those constituencies in which PPP is either weak, or does not have any candidate.

On the other hand, PPP chairman Bilawal Bhutto has also accelerated his political activities. Bilawal will reach Islamabad tomorrow (Monday) and participate in different ceremonies.

PPP chairman will also meet foreign ambassadors and consult with senior members of his party to device next strategies.
