Terror alerts spreading panic among masses: Kamran Khan

At least 18 terror alerts were issued in Punjab in last seven days.

KARACHI (Dunya News) - Official dispatches have turned into biggest predicament for masses as they spread panic and create an atmosphere of fear in the society, said Kamran Khan in Dunya Kamran Khan Kay Sath.

Kamran Khan, in his detailed analysis, said the federal and provincial governments are issuing innumerable number of alerts on security threats and possible terror attacks which are then leaked.



Khan revealed these dispatches are issued by NACTA, interior ministry, home departments of four provinces, district administration and police officials. Alerts urge people to avoid gathering at public places, shopping malls or other relevant places.

The senior anchorperson termed these alerts as cause behind recent closure of private schools in Punjab’s capital.

In the last seven days, district administration of Lahore, Rawalpindi, Peshawar, Gilgit Baltistan, Karachi, Islamabad, Peshawar, and Mirpur have issued at least 18 terror alerts.

Kamran Khan urged authorities concerned to take full responsibility before issuing such alerts as they spread more fear.
