Rashid Godil's condition improves, security beefed up at hospital
A session of 17-member board is underway at Liaquat National Hospital to inspect MQM MNA's condition
KARACHI (Dunya News) – There has been an overall improvement in the health condition of Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) leader Rashid Godil while police have also enhanced security of Liaquat National Hospital, Dunya News reported on Saturday.
As per details, the administration has ensured foolproof security of MQM leader by deploying heavy contingent of cops and four police mobiles inside and outside the hospital premises.
On the other hand, doctors have stated that Rashid Godil is recovering and his blood pressure and heart beat are normal now. A session of 17-member board is underway at Liaquat National Hospital to inspect the condition of MQM MNA.
On Tuesday, four attackers on motorcycles opened fire on Godil’s car, critically wounding him and killing his driver in the eastern Bahadurabad neighbourhood.
The politician was struck by five bullets to his head, jaw and chest.
